Delicious food, great value and their Saimin is very good, it reminds me of the ones I used to eat when I was a young kid living in Hawaii! My wife loves their Mac Salad too!!!

The lady in the cashier is always welcoming and always greet with a smile even if she’s taking orders from the phone she can still multitask and will greet me and will politely ask to wait. I never any bad orders from here and is always in time!!!! Best foods are chicken katsu, mochi chicken, loco moco, chicken lovers and any beef!!

I ordered a couple of plates here today. Everything is perfect! But I would like also to say the lady customer just before me who as well ordered food was very rude to the register just because she didn’t get free offers without a coupon. The disgusting part was that she used rather dirty words to insult the cashier. After that she even told her lie to gave a bad review to the lady cashier. That was not kind really!! I did hear the cashier said she was not welcome back again because of the customer’s dirty and bullying words toward the nice and kind lady cashier. I totally agree with the cashier indeed!

My husband and I ate here while visiting Vegas. The portions are huge as other reviewers have stated. The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. I got the bbq combo and hub got the kalua pork and chicken plate. We thought the food was great. We also got manapua which was pretty good. So yeah, we thought the bbq was very good. The short rib was a little dry but good flavor. I don’t know what people expect from a Hawaiian restaurant that’s landlocked with limited access to the same ingredients as in HI.

I been coming here with my parents since I can remember, now my husband and I get food here at least once a month. Usually order pick up over the phone but tried delivery today and the man was so nice!! Service is always great, love the people who work here, love the atmosphere, and love the food!! You get so much for your money and this is the only chicken katsu I get. I’ve tried many random Hawaiian restaurants over the years but I always come back to this one. I now refuse to get my katsu anywhere else and my husband always loves the bbq mix plate. Hits the spot every time! Next time I go in I’m definitely asking if they sell those shirts they have on the wall lol this place reminds me of my childhood and every time I get it the food never misses!

I did a walk in and splurged on the family chicken platter for my family with no notice to the staff. They did such a great job with the packaging, extra plates/utensils, and so much food for the money. It was delicious!

I always order by phone, but these guys are still affordable, always on time with my orders, and always friendly. Quiet atmosphere with limited dine in space, but in my experience, there's always room to dine in
